Comment by maggie passaro on March 12, 2011 at 9:33am: I don't remember if I shared this with you all. But I have a formal complaint into the Sec. Of States office -AZ, regarding a Leanna D. Kemp of Kingman, Az...Mohave county. She was also contracted thru USA mobile notary service, and back in Feb. 2006 she notarized an escrow closing DOT, and the fee was 185.00 as charged on the closing statement of costs, which is far beyond the legal fees allowed for the state of AZ. Just wanted to to info you in case anyone comes across her name, or to check your fees for your state as many of them may be over limit, and this could be one way to get the notary DE-commissioned, and then docs become null and void ( all they signed as notary) are no longer valid for the entire history of the notary's commission.

I have them signing for 6 different banks and also MERS, some with full signatures, alot of these are signed on the same day (signs for Chase on the same day she signs for WAMU).

They are also employees for Nationwide Title Clearing, Maria iL Gerholdt is a citizen of Mexico, here on a visa.

Seems through my research, that Brian Bly and Crystal Moore took over for these 2 ladies.

All of the Robo signers and employees of the banks will sign as the VP of MERS on the Assignment, The key is to prove they are employees of which we have, with at least Larry partone. Now the key is to find other docs signed by Larry Patrone on behalf of HSBC as an employee. which I may be able to help with!

Who is the notary on my docs and Angelica Alanis is the MERS VP. I am looking for docs with with Angelica Alanis on them. I have found a Angelica Alanis in Illinois that went to jail for forgery. Not sure if it is her.

As Montana Girl pointed out in her post, Larry Pettrone appears to be an HSBC employee (though he is also a MERS VP).

I'm also looking for signatures for IL notary Liliana Prado.

Don't know which location it was signed at. This might be a good one to compare where/when the docs were supposedly signed if you want them let me know. There is also and AKA Alliance that I could search for different names. The forms are signed by the attorney here in MD that they were created under his supervision......might have been some faxing going on
