Ace's Pad Thai

Times are very tough.  This delicious recipe (the first of many) is inexpensive, healthy, and quickly prepared to keep us well fed during America's trough.

Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce found near the taco stuff,  $2

Frozen Oriental Stir Fry veggies( not fresh) $1

1 - 1.5 lbs. chix breast, $5 +/-

Cut up chix and cook thru in saute pan

follow directions on Stir fry bag,

follow directions on Stir fry bag,when veggies are ready add chicken and 1 bottle of peanut sauce

Now mix all together simmer to all mixed well and serve over rice.

Pour a glass of wine and enjoy!
