I want to know how I can  join the law suite againest Bank of A we use to have Contry wide and the agent talked us into taking two loans out wat above what our home is worth. Now we are so far under water. it is worth 116,000 and we ow 230,000. We have not paid a payment since june we are in chapter 13.
