the satisfaction of mortgage from my old house is robosigned.  I know I should  be worrying about my looming foreclosure but I uncovered this while searching for paper work.  should I be worried about it?  isn't the title clouded now.  should me and the present owners sue?  and whom wells  fargo was the servicer but the satisfaction of mortgage is in mers.name
