have you been served?  i have alwyer in florida.  all that was done to you was to us in florida with wells fargo bank. we are all being scammed.  we need to fight back.  if you were served check your note, your assignments for any irregularities.  signature different then on your mortgage documeents,  stamped endorsement in blank. also google the signiture of who signed your doc.  next  have they been your servicer ?  if they are  there must be an assignment back to them to foreclose. in modification did they lose your paper work?  see livinglies/the black hole.  check out your mortgage application and appraisal.  comps are usually a scam and the mortgage application may have been forged.  wells put us in a stated income loan without our knowledge.  i have been a nurse for 25 years  go figure.  if i could not afford my house due to underwriting  i would have liked to have known and bought a cheaper home.    i am not an attorney so i cant give legal advice.  if you were served most lawyers asnwer with a motion to dissmiss  due to no assignment, forged note,  servicer does not own note.  goo luck
