What is the cost for a Lawyer to file the paperwork to stop a foreclosure?

I have people ask me all the time, what a lawyer charges to do the initial paperwork to stop a foreclosure and sue MERS banks against foreclosure.

 

Does anyone know the approximate normal cost for just that paperwork?

 

I have seen online that most of the paperwork is the same, except for the person's individual property information and the bank information.

 

Has anyone had experience with what a lawyer has charged for this paperwork?
