wells fargo

is there anyone that has been dealing with wells fargo. i have been going to numerous conferences and denied modification after being approved. now fees are so big wells fargo says I no longer qualify. I believe I have a problem with who actually is my lender as well.

somehow or other, they still claim freddie mac is the investor,they are the servicer, but wells fargo is somehow the bottom line of communication and freddie mac isn't anywhere to answer questions, and the law firm is acting as a third party collector.

I am still trying to compose a letter back to the OCC because Wells Fargo is mislead the OCC and the documents I have sent to them is now not holding up. It should, but they are taking the banks answer as gospel even though I sent them proof. I don't even know who really owns the loan now and now wells fargo wants $3200 from me for a title search before the will review me for a remod again even with the new updated financials with increased income.

hi sharon you are not alone in your nightmare. corruption for me started with the appraisal. now has escalated. trying to get my 1st mod in 2009 was a nightmare of lost paper work did not about any of this fraud yet. took months to get approved after refaxing hundreds of documents. the mod was higher then my original mortgage. not accepting inevitable i accepted the mod and paid 5 months until the bp oil spill in florida caused me to become under employed. i pleaded with wells fargo for help. i was told if i wanted to apply for a hamp loan i would have to be 3 month late on my mortgage. i was devistated. i did not want to lose my home. i cried , i asked for this in writing but they refused. i had to beleive the bank right. i owned a home since 1991 and i was current. i have done tons of reseaant to lose my house . please friend request me and i can email you. wells fargo peopel must group together and fight them. strenght in numbers. they want us to be alone and afraid so we will walk away and they can move in. stand oyur ground.rch. this oral contrct to break my "original contract" is called promissory estopel. i need to find counsel and fight. i feel like i am coward sitting around waiting. you do not say your state ? i have also written all entities . all the OCC did was tell wells fargo i contacted them an i received a liar letter no truth. all lies. i with you how can they beleive the banlk. they have lost my paper work and moved my file for the last time in my life. i do not w

I'm living in new york. but it seems that I have friends living in other states that are going through the same problems with their banks. All are working, but due to the downturn on the economy, wages have been reduced. I don't know if you saw what the demonstration in new york that took place on tue., but united is the way to go. I have yet to find a lawyer who is willing to take a stand on this with me. I was told by a lawyer if I complied to all Wells Fargo's requests, I would get the mod. I am now in excessive forebearance, and Well's Fargo who put me there, because they have refused to take the payments I did make on the original mod they gave me and then reversed their decision. Totally frustrated.

send who a qualifed written request. I sent a letter to the OCC and my congressman with back up paperwork as well as Wells Fargo. Where do I find the livinglies site. thank you.

Has anyone came across the names of LATOVIA GOFFNEY DOCUMENT SIGNER CTX MORTAGE OR BRENDA F BRENDLE FIRST VICE PRESIDENT OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK NA.Or lobe and fortine attorneys who served me in burlington vermont.Spoke to my bankruptcy attorney who represented me yesterday and she said this is not a bankruptcy matter.Said if I was to speak to her it would cost me 200.. per hour.bunch of bull aint it.
