HI IF YOU GET MY POST PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK. I AM IN HELLS FORGOT MODIFICATION HELL SINCE SWPT 2010. THEY MODIFIED ME 1/1020 ADDED 10K TO MY 199K LOAN ON MY (PURCHASED IN 2005 FOR 260K) now 108k house. a take it or leave it loan. my mortgage went up because of escrow. they told me sign the papers or foreclose. i sign and stayed and as i told them i was one paycheck away from foreclosure. i paid april through aug and my hhusband got sick, and i was underemplyed trying desp. to find another job was not happeneing. i asked to be considered for hamp. all my paper work is in they call me everyday even sunday (dogs),
1. mortgage appraisal fraud straw buyer noted on on eof my comps
2 i was told in 2010 my mortgage is owned by investors well then why is hell forgot the only note filed with my county (dogs)
we are so stressed. buy not dare walk away. thigns are changing everyday. please foward me whom you wrote. florida atourney general stinks cant get anywhere but maybe if i send hells forgot a hard ship letter i will save myhome. thanj you for you help.
sad that the hard working people of the US have to go throught this. we ar the one waking up at 4am drivign 100-150 mikes daily yet still do not make enought afford my home. no i do not live in a mcmansion. a medium flroida home sad we can not be bailoed out obama please help us

Congressional hearings confirmed a 2-track course of action by all major loan servicers. A loan mod allows them to re-establish a note that might have been defective. You need to know if your loan has been securitized regardless. Placing a loan in a pool of Mortgage Backed Securities clouds the title because it converts the note. Even if you make all your payments to the end, you end up with a clouded title and possibly a house you can't sell because no one will issue title insurance.
You need to establish your own 2-track plan of operation since most loan mods don't work in the long run. And let your neighbors know what you're up to and what you find.
