Well, I don't smoke so I cant be high but, maybe I am a little off sweetheart ;) I guess it takes one to know one.

Please don't drag me into your miserable life. You are going to make it hard for anyone to want to help you. Seems like a few other people on here don't appreciate your comments either, noticing their replies to you.It is a waste of my time and life to deal with people like you that just want to sling insults and live in their misery, please find someone else to bully!

I would prefer that you not use my blog entries to spew non-information that is completely counter-productive to helping homeowners in distress or in any way contributing toward cleaning the HUGE pile of     S?!T that the banksters have created not only for the present generation, but for the next two as well.

Now, if you KNOW for a fact that someone is a scammer and only here to hurt those who are already hurting, then contact Lisa Epstein; otherwise, unless you have something better to offer, KEEP YOUR THOUGHTS TO YOURSELF.

Mary clearly has depression issues. Makes opinions based on her own unrealistic issues. Just read all her post. Clearly has ISSUES. That being said, I had a securitization audit done by a group in Michigan for far more $$ and Im happy to say the judge granted me a judgment to get title to my home. its been a year now and I just got the first offer from some folks to by my home. The Securitization audit does work. REAL REMEDY folks just love to stay in bondage, it nice that the link you provided gives free summary audits. Thanks for the referral I have been referring to another agency that charges a lot. This will help.

Other have 'lost' their house [I did: lost rental houses] In these cases I was 'self represented' (ProSe/ProPer/SuiJuris/Etc)

If we all got 'free houses': it would destroy the crunched economy we now have. However, banks/lenders should not be allowed to violate the same laws they lobbied to enact.

Hence: if someone bought their house 'no-down' and now whine because it went down in value OR if someone used their house as an ATM to get a new boat/car/vacation/etc: They should 'lose the house'.

There are those who paid a down payment and kept equity.  To those I say: don't let the bank cheat you...!!!
