Yes! We must have a nationwide moratorium that is imposed on these big corporations. JP Morgan announced that they put foreclosures on hold in New Mexico but that's just another lie. They didn't even own my mortgage when they filed for foreclosure! I have a classic case of fraudulent foreclosure but instead of putting the foreclosure process on hold, they sold my mortgage to Chase and Chase if forging ahead with the whole fraudulent mess. When it comes to these big corporations, the only thing we know for sure is that they lie, lie, lie!

i keep complaining to marco rubios office (miami senator in florida)  about what wells fargo has done to my family.  instead of getting an apology from wells fargo  , a letter removing me from foreclsoure, and a letter for  mediation to reduce my mortgage to property value.  wells fargo resubmits to all the paper work i sent  ( its amazing that this paper wrok they have not lost  ummmmm...)  to marco rubio. recapping whatr occured in there words.  amazing.  so they get to tell a home owner current on their mortgage not to pay, move file,  lose paper work and deny hamp.   no acknowledgement what so ever about telling  me not to pay.  so i was current  owned a home since 1991?  they are pulling such crap
