Please help  if your judge is on the list and he did not have  clue  please let the bar know  this our turn to get them out of the rocket docket.  we need fair impartial judges that understand what is happening.  not some older men/women on the pulpit, that have the old  thinking  you cant pay you cant stay.  the older guys do not know the internet and do not know fraud ,  all the way from  from the appraisal  to the forced placed insurance  we had fraud  placed upon us and we needed to let them know.  right now i am dealing with being dual tracked by wells fargo and  i want the judge that heres my case  not to kick us out of our home.  only you can help prevent this.   thank you

I had a judge who granted the final summary judgement because he said "this is your signature on the note and thats good enough for him"..  The bank foreclosed and I had an atty file a motion to vacate the summary judgement and the judge denied it. 

No due process in Palm Beach county courtroom!

I would like to have a "Forclosure Board" this would be a group of HOMEOWNERS (not judges, bankers, foreclosure lawyers for the banks) who review all the bank documents before anyone goes into forclosure, all documents must be reviewed by the board members. If there is any fraud, or discrepncies in any of the documents for example, "Assignment of Mortgages", incorrect TIL documents. Any "Common Law, Claim to Title involvement, Quiet Title and mortgage servicers and their clients fraud or inaction. This must go before the "Foreclosure Board", then any of the fraud, inaccuracies, failure to prove who holds the mortgae note and mortgage holder may not proceed to a foreclosure court, homeowners then may take the steps to sue the foreclosure firms and the case is dropped. In the event the above is not proven, the case then goes to court and proceeds. HOw about we get someone who wants to be elected or re-elected bring this to the table in Congress. Wanna guess how many cases will be dismissed???

IN SUPPORT ALSO!  This axe will swing both ways.  Be sure to also comment to the Bar on those judges that have shown they ARE fit and qualified to understand laws and rules and to apply them in a just and equitable manner.  Watch what happens.  The FBA, the Fla Bar and other financial interests will seed this effort with the means to unseat the only good judges we have.

No, the Florida Bar does not want to hear from me.  The reason why is this:

The Florida Bar is a non-for-profit organization (which is in essence a club of attorneys) which receives authorizations from the Florida Supreme Court (consisting of judges) and these two are supposed to be separate (not working together....)

In which adversarial system do you have the judges and the attorneys working together to screw the homeowner in an orchestrated effort?  (Answer: here in Florida...)

By the way not all States have Bars.  By the way there is no license to practice law (it does not exist....)

By law only a governmental agency can issue a license and not a non-for-profit organization.
