I have been trying to do everything right, constantly getting boggas instructions from ATTY's. Let me just tell you, I'm at a place i don't know how to stop the Foreclosure.
9/2010 file a BK 11 , my home had already had a notice of default, Atty who is now almost disbarred stated this was the only way to save all the properties, well i had to request get the attorney off my case and tried in march this to but didn't file right finally trustee requested it with me complaining i don't have an attorney. Anyway, instead of dismissing they converted to a 7, I didn't show up at the first hearing so they would dismiss it. (per advise) then they did it again, the next day, my lender requested stay to be lifted, i had eleven days and couldn't find an attorney to file and adversary proceeding. anyway that was allowed, and 14 days later they recorded the Notice of Trust Deed Sale, I'm in a BK 7, and i'm being told the Adversary proceeding will not work? So can you direct me in the right way to stop this sale, everything is signed my Mers, a year ago in Los Angeles and this year in PA. If you know what I can do please advise.
