Thank you ! sending to my local sheriff right this minute.......

Unfortunately all my emails to my County Clerk & Property Appraiser have been useless.
Perhaps this will be of interest to my local Sheriff (a good man for the people) and "open their eyes"  to the unfair & unnecessary harm by unlawful -un-verified evictions.
I pray they can finally see how they are "killing" families while adding to the long list of Homeless Children. At the very least it may start some serious discussion among officials.
I'm totally fed up with hearing "just doing my job" or from the Clerk of Court saying "it is not my job to verify, I just record what is presented".

I have run into the exact same problem when dealing with these so-called 'officials'. Most states have laws regarding filing of fraudulent documents. If the Registrar or Official is notified of fraud and continues to ignore the warning, they may also be liable for continuing to allow fraudulent documents to be filed. Get the word out and keep the pressure on these officials, thanks for passing this on. We all need to work together!
