Foreclosure Hamlet

Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

I have discovered that the Trust claiming ownership and holdership of
instruments in my case is not registered in the state of Delaware.
Various forms filed by them with the SEC state clearly they are a
Delaware Corporation.

Is there a requirement that it be registered with the Delaware SOS Division of Corporations? If yes where
is this requirement printed?

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company is acting as Trustee for this alleged Trust, and is Plaintiff
in the foreclosure case against me. But it is only logical that if the
Trust is not registered then Deutsche may as well be acting as Trustee
for Donald Duck (and we know Donald Duck is a purely fictional
character - he doesn't really exist).

I am not a resident of Florida so my question relates to either laws in the State of Delaware, or Federal law.
