First file a complaint with the Florida Attorney Generals office, google for the phone # and address, file out the forms with any documentation that you have and send or fax to them. If you mail it, send it so you can get a receipt to show someone from that office signed for it. Make sure you have documented proof of wrong doing from the foreclosing attorney mill, you need to have proof and facts. Chances are the AG office already has a ongoing investigation into the attorney mill you have questions about. Second get a attorney if you don't already have one. Good Luck

I have found that if you ALSO give your complaint and evidence to the State Inspector General's office, you may have a better chance of someone 'looking into' your complaint. I also included the Law/Statute(s) in which were violated.

 

However, from previous experience - keep on top of it. Call several times weekly to check the progress.

 

I am not an attorney, but I have been known to file several complaints!!! This suggestion is from my personal experience(S).
