MFF...  I have Stern as well.  Will share info if that will help.   My case involves underwriting problems that I could use some guidance on also.

You should contact the state attorney general she has a case against stern and his buisness has since been closed and u might get better advice from her office

Thanks. I know Stern's office closed down and that is why Albertelli enetered their appearance but filed nothing after that.  I have now filed a Supplemental motion to Dismiss, Discharge of Lis Pendens and Request for Title.  Do you know how long it  usually takes  to rule on that?
