MY PERSONAL STORY I WANT TO SHARE OF HOW MY HOME WAS STOLEN & THE HATE CRIME I BECAME A VICTIM OF...FEEL FREE TO PASS IT ON; I COULD USE ANY HELP THAT I CAN GET.

This past Monday, July 23rd I was home alone when I looked outside my window and saw at least ten MEN outside my property. I heard someone aggressively pound long and hard on my front security door. I immediately went into panic mode and I locked myself in my bedroom out of fear. I then heard someone come around my property and break into the side gate entering my property as they continued to aggressively bang hard on all my windows. At this point my fear elevates because the way this person charged through my back yard-my private property. I could hear someone messing with the back door knob and a man’s voice yelled for another guy to come around. I knew this man was inside my home. I was afraid I was going to make whoever this was even more angry and I didn't want to take it there so when this person called my name, I slowly opened my bedroom door and standing in front of me was a Pomona Police Officer holding a gun at me! He was a monster. I still cant get his face and evil demeanor out of my head. He began yelling  & cursing at me, I was literally trembling in fear. I told him I was doing nothing wrong and why he was doing this to me in my own home. My dad came home a few minutes before the officer broke into my home, and my dad came running inside because he head my cries. The officer ordered him to go outside or he was going to take him to jail. I couldn't believe it. They broke into my home, and attacked me and are making us to be the criminals? The officer would not allow me to say anything in my own defense. He already decided i was guilty of trespassing on my own property (since 1989) and he forced me to go outside. I was barefoot and I must have asked him at least ten times if I could get my shoes or if he could bring them. He made me stand barefoot on the hot asphalt for at least an hour. He would not consider the facts of the legal issues surrounding our property recently. I have a dozen letters that allege misconduct and an investigation pending on the foreclosure of our home, and yet this officer still felt entitled to break into my home and allow access to the men ordered for the "trash out" of my home. I cannot believe that this officer felt entitled to use such extreme force and abusive actions to gain access to my home and allow strangers into my home to steal and destroy my belongings. The scene created on my street was so embarrassing, and I wish people were more informed of the truth instead of the lies.

I asked the officer to allow us the rest of the day to complete & file the lawsuit before continuing with additional harm. He did not even consider it. He locked us out and allowed these men to invade our privacy and also enabling them to steal from us. I feel beyond violated. I was treated like a criminal when I am only defending my home and our rights especially during a time where homes are being stolen left and right. I felt so alienated, so alone. No one cared about throwing us out on the street while this company robbed us and destroyed what they left behind. We have several irreplaceable, sentimental items that were destroyed. My heart is broken. My dad is broken. I really feel like I do not have any rights. I've never felt so exposed and so violated. These men entered my private home that should be a place where I feel safe yet the police department enabled these men to inflict more harm onto my dad and I.

When noticed things missing, we contacted the real estate agent in charge of these "trash out men", and he did everything possible not to give me the contact info on the thieving crew. A few neighbors stopped by and spoke to the guys and they admitted they were ripping us off. They even took our plants!! The agent also claimed the stove my parents bought, and our above ground pool!!! These men are doing this on the daily basis. They comfortably pocket and stash whatever they see and like. When I called the Pomona police department the following day to report theft, they sent me an officer after 3 hours. Funny how quick they respond to FREDDIE MAC. The officer who showed up to our motel room refused to take a report because he said those items were not ours. WOW. It makes me sick to my stomach just thinking of it. I have never felt so alone, so insignificant, and so fearful that this epidemic of theft of property has hit my local police department. I don't feel safe anymore. I feel like it’s all a bad dream, but the reality is these people are getting away with horrific acts against innocent people. I am determined to expose all the parties involved in these crimes because they are only enabling each other and it will only get worse if no one makes the issue a CRIME.

I hope my story can be the beginning of the awareness because when civil rights are violated in this way it MUST be acknowledged by the law to show another reason why non judicial foreclosures can escalate to HATE CRIMES. This was the most traumatizing experience I have ever had, and it makes me angry to think it could have easily been avoided. I can’t stop thinking about that officer who acted as though he was in Iraq (i am half Iranian). What if he pulled the trigger??
