Looking for FL Litigants facing Albertelli Law and Shapiro & Fishman / Deutsche Bank

For over two years now, I have been fighting a fraudulent foreclosure case involving the Alleged Plaintiff Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee (more recently they requested the judge add the trustee name after two years which was granted with no supporting law to support the change but I am objecting to this change) that was filed by the attorney firm of Albertelli Law, and more specifically Andrew Fivecoat. If you are involved in such as case, I would be glad to hear from you to see if we can exchange beneficial information.

Additionally, I have a friend that has uncovered a major fraud and conspiracy (not just the normal fraud that is in almost every foreclosure case) issue by Shapiro and Fishman where they used their law firm employees to pose and sign as representatives (including their Senior National Manager Ilene K Cooper) of MERS, and notarized by other office workers that state in their notarial affidavit that they knew the signor worked for MERS. While the focus of these are in Florida where I live, it would also be really beneficial if you encounter such a situation in other states, so we can involve additional Federal Officials.

Also, I highly recommend you check out a Class Action Lawsuit started in Miami Federal Court regarding the falsification of assignments of mortgages being used in foreclosure cases. It was filed February 17, 2010 in US District Court, case # 10-CV-80259-Zloch-Rosenblaum - awesome!

Yes, I am also looking into Shapiro & Fishman. I have an interesting collection of documents and proof of document fraud. (Preparation and execution on behalf of a Mortgage company that had gone out of business before S & F prepared the documents and had them executed.)

Ok incognito123, Who has the Ilene K Cooper as Senior National Manager of MERS and what are they doing about it.

We have an affidavit of proof by Ilene K Cooper, who is a Shapiro and Fishman lawyer, is their named S&F contact for the Fannie Mae 'Retained Attorneys List' and is also part of LOGOS which is the Shapiro interstate umbrella holding and processing company that farms the foreclosure work out to the various Shapiro companies around the state.

Actually, she is Senior National manager of LOGS (Shapiro Law Firm) not MERS - I know that is such a shock that they would lie about any issue. I could not locate Cooper as an attorney in FL... but I suspect she had a law degree (think it was CA, but it has been a while since I looked at her info, so I forget right now) but I still had troubles finding her as a bar member in several states and the US Bar Assoc - so I am not sure she is/was an attorney. What is an "affidavit of proof?"

I'm not sure what county he's in but Mark Stopa has been fighting them pretty well against their mafia made system...Another group to look into is Ice Legal. So far their like the judges UNTOUCHABLE...

To me where I live here in MO there isn't anyone to help. It seems their all in a club to rob you blind while staring you in the face boldface lying to you at the same time...Its really sad..One day they'll get their complaints and get disbarred!!!

You're in for the fight of your life with low life people worse than the gum on the bottom of your shoe. There is NOTHING REASONABLE about what their being allowed to do at any level.

In my fight against them two separate judges Recused...I was accused of harassing the court for telling the truth before the meltdown happened..Then she Recused after denying me my rights...Which means she was DISQUALIFIED before she ever denied me my rights. Which enabled another judge to be qualified to act...That judge Recused as well...Then well the next judge was as corrupt as the 1st judge...And here we are today...

But never being a history buff it has made me learn more than I probably ever wanted to know...I'm still amazed they talk about regulating a system yet they REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS and see who really is working in helping the homeowners.

I've been refused whistle blower representation. Or representation at any level even if I can have cash by having a valid banking product provided. But regardless of the funds available to do proper biz u can't get them to do it...

Our new mortgage product is going under the final underwriting terms now to create new mortgage. It has has been approved and praised as the best product to both homeowners and investors in years....Done WITHOUT the lying corrupt judges and attorneys...To think they could of and still could save millions or billions of dollars. Yet only a few have really helped us...Most are wannabe bankers who don't understand diddly...
