Looking for FL Litigants facing Albertelli Law and Shapiro & Fishman / Deutsche Bank

For over two years now, I have been fighting a fraudulent foreclosure case involving the Alleged Plaintiff Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee (more recently they requested the judge add the trustee name after two years which was granted with no supporting law to support the change but I am objecting to this change) that was filed by the attorney firm of Albertelli Law, and more specifically Andrew Fivecoat. If you are involved in such as case, I would be glad to hear from you to see if we can exchange beneficial information.

Additionally, I have a friend that has uncovered a major fraud and conspiracy (not just the normal fraud that is in almost every foreclosure case) issue by Shapiro and Fishman where they used their law firm employees to pose and sign as representatives (including their Senior National Manager Ilene K Cooper) of MERS, and notarized by other office workers that state in their notarial affidavit that they knew the signor worked for MERS. While the focus of these are in Florida where I live, it would also be really beneficial if you encounter such a situation in other states, so we can involve additional Federal Officials.

Also, I highly recommend you check out a Class Action Lawsuit started in Miami Federal Court regarding the falsification of assignments of mortgages being used in foreclosure cases. It was filed February 17, 2010 in US District Court, case # 10-CV-80259-Zloch-Rosenblaum - awesome!

There's a current investigation of the firm from the florida state district attorney against this firm for the reasons u just said

Yea, that has been ongoing for some time now, but it seems all they AG's office is doing, is shuffling paperwork and saying they are investigating.

These are the one's the judges give IMMUNITY TO STEAL! God knows how far back all this corruption goes! Doing what? Are you kidding? If they took out Shapiro and Fishman and the judges they give Immunity to steal I bet you'd see a crisis over real quick.

I think I'm gonna go back and say I was never served as the person I really am vs the person they've led me to believe I am! I filed for a TRO that was DENIED, did one motion to vacate, was summarily denied as frivolous! Then I received a disqualification sua ponte along with the Judges recusal 60 days later for trying to STOP this CRISIS!

This crisis is manufactured fraud for the most part upon each and every homeowner! How many of these cases are they pulling out the notes on the account to see they did their homework prior to filing for foreclosure? Non nada zilch! How do I know? I used to have to audit the files! If anyone really wanted away to STOP the crisis my idea is effective for everyone except them! But why do we need thieves lying about any and everything??

I've been history in the making! Not just for me but for those they continue to lie to!

BTW, I need to clarify my statement here. The AG's office is a joke, yes they claim they have been investigating for several years now. With the firing of June & Theresa, it shows how committed they are to really investigating the fraud. BUT, we ALL MUST continue to ramp up our legitimate complaints. Document any and ALL violations, no matter how small, but they must be violations of Florida Statutes that you can document. It is easy to catch them violating all kinds of stuff, just don't include general stuff like the judge is picking on me or doesn't like me, but exact specific violated statutes. If we do not raise the level of legitimate complaints, THEN WE AGREE TO THEIR CRIMINAL CONDUCT BY OUR FAILURE TO FILE COMPLAINTS!!! This is a key component to turn this around!!

Nope, not a repost, it was posted a couple of years ago, as I have now been fighting for 4 1/2 years now. Just really busy with so much, and it appears my case is going to get really heated again......time to put my gloves back on!!!
