Looking for attorney with expereince in dealing with Suntrust and Marshall C. Watsons lawyers to take over my counterclaim against Suntrust.

Suntrust filed a foreclosure complaint against me although at the time of filing I was current with all payments due. After one year of attempting to have them voluntarily dimiss the case, I served their attorneys at Marshall C. watson with a motion for sanctions and attorneys fees under Florida Statute 57.105. They subsequently took a voluntary dimissal but not before I answered and counterclaimed. The voluntary dismissal was not filed until after twenty days of being served with the 57.105 motion so that fees and sanctions are still recoverable. I am a busy maritime litigation attorney and do not have time to tend to this matter. I am looking for an agressive litigator to continue withtis case. Anyone out there interested?
