Joe don't walk away. that's what they want you to do. STAY!!! Stand strong

We brought a home with my 401 paying cash. We want to stay here until may or so they we will move into our new place. We plan to move slow. I would have loved to stay here. We are in  chapter 13 going to do 7 in may. It would be nice if they just gave us this place. Then we could sell the other one.

still how can one joing that law suit

dont walk away  they have to prove ownership.   they have to prove chain of title,  they have to prove they own the note.  warning wells fargo is my servicer  in my complaint for foreclosure  my note is robosigned and the endorse signature is a rubber stamp.  if you walk away you are giving them a free house.    they do not own these house  they did not lend  out their own money  they securitized these loans or said they did and didnt   chain of title needs to be proven  dont walk away please   see living lies web site  find a lawyer to defend your home

what is web address for that

they want you to not understand what they are doing  they want you to walk away  please join the chat on this site.  i have been fighting wells fargo since 2009 and i am still in my home

Hello Joe Hager-if you are searching for a Class Action suit-that is a waste of time.
You will not save your home and only get a few dollars or nothing at all.
It is best that you find an Atty. that specializes in Real Estate or Tax Law.
There are thousands of people that have had Countrywide & BOA.
If you want to keep that home fight for it. Educate yourself by using this site & ask questions in Hamlet Chat, also www.4closurefraud.org -www.mattweidnerlaw.com. and frauddigest.com.
there are many many websites with good info. It is best that you remain in your HOME and have a Homestead Tax Exemption status . BUT you sound as though you have decided to  "walk away" .......most of us in the HAMLET are fighting to STAY. Perhaps you should google "Strategic Default" God Bless & Good Luck
