hi john,  yes i am in the same situation i will try not to bore you but tell you my quick story  sorry about typos on a small note book (bad timing for my dell to break)   3/2009 i lost my job (still not caught up from my husbands 11/07 job loss worked for a hurricane shutter company)  02/09  he got a job in the port,  layed off 11/09 because business was sold.  rehired 1/10  when business aquizition complete  then i lost my job of 2 years as above because  florida is a right to work state. i worked as an RN in south florida didnt know about this right to work state. BS i complained to corporate that we had to many patients to safely take care of.  meanwhile i collect UNempl. and they fight me.  so from 3/09-7/09 im fighting for my unemploy and of course i win.  but now we are severley behind in money  using savings and credit card to stay afloat.  i call wells fargo and ask for help with my mortgage.  OH no we cant help you we are only the servicer.  your loan was sold hey day you closed.  sliced and diced and sent 100 different directions.  oh great.  you can sign a forebearnace.  what is that.  signed  i was lied and told by oct i should be approved for a mod. i started working in aug at a new job.  let me tell you every 2-4 weeks i had to send paper work  thye always didnt get somehting i sent always something missing. constantly i wa so fustrated but said to myself its just a way to keep my house.

they stalled all the rest of 2009  even asigned me to a loan negotiator.  i was approved jan 2010 (denied by hamp????)     i was offered a take it or leave it loan  they want me to foreclaose so bad i could have tasted it.  they want the 6k and to be done with me.  they new i would default again.  i even told this is to high one illness or job loss and we are done.  so the added 10k to my 199k loan now at 208k,  home appraise at 108k,  put 50k down in 2006.  

 

i paid april to aug,  even borrowed my aug paymnet from my fathern law becuase i was severely under employed.  the hopspital canceled me every week.  tried to find a new job  applied every where.

my husband got sick 9/10  called wells fargo said uncle.  that i have no more credit card balances and my savings is as maxed out as i could go i have 3 kids to feed and shelter  i can not be homeless please understand.  they told me i could not be considered for a hamp loan unless i am in iminent default.  i was devisted because i was on time but needed help.  so ididnt pay my sept payment.  the hsopital where i work still had low cenus all summer and fall.  still applying to find jobs.  i finall foun a new job 10 miles away  so i resigned from the st pete job.  should see a better income.  but now i am waiitng to be approved for hamp. had the loan negotiator call 11/10  that someone hacked into her computer and changed some of my info she was sorry and she would see what she can do.  havent heard from her since and till this day they keep losing my aper work. i am sick that they can go on doing this to people .  it all started i jneeded help with one omonth.  they are dogs     

 

we need a class action law suit against wells fargo..  all our loans have fraudulent over valued appraisals and this modifiication scam.  we need our houses eith free because of fraud but i am the 1st person to say i would pay a fair price 90 of property value.  

in florida we are doing a rally march 9th in tally.  one of my signs  in big #'s and letters i will write stop the fraudclosures   refinance fraudulent mortgages at   90% of property value now  30 year fixed at 5%.

DONT GIVE UP I AM IN HOUSE 42 MONTHS NO PAYMENTS GO THREW PAPERWORK THEY GAVE YOU AND LEARN TO UNDERSTAND IT ALSO GO TO COUNTY LAW LIBRARYS THEY CAN HELP WITH FREE ADVICE THERE IS ALWAYS BANKRUPTCY AS A VERY LAST RESORT FROM MY OWN EXPERINCE WF IS NEVER INTENDING TO MODIFY ANY BODYS LOAN FOR REAL
