Is your fradulent signatory here?

I found this document a while back and thought it might be of some use to those of you that are trying to prove signatures on fraudulent documents are indeed fraud. In my case, the Assignment of Mortgage (fraudulent, of course) was signed by Bethany Hood as VP of MERS. She is identified on page 20 of this document as a "Mail Supervisor". There are many names and law firms mentioned here, as well as some interesting information.

I do want to point out that I believe the name of this company has changed, but is still called something like FIS solutions, or something like that. However, their business model has not changed.

Does anyone have any knowledge of any deposition of Margaret Dalton. Urgent need for case information i.e. names of Plaintiff, lender for which she appears to have signed documents incidental to foreclosues, etc. My case involves JPMorgan Chase.

Urgent response requested if anyone has anything - case number, where filed, etc. is sufficient. I have P.A.C.E.R. access if necessary to access. Thanks hugely!!!!!

JP Morgan Chase vs. Luz Mejia

Do you have any documents with her signing for JP Morgan Chase in any capicity?

I have in my possesion and will mail you, a certified copy from the County Clerk's Office of my Official County recording.

I replied to your posting and have not heard back from you. I have available what you are seeking and will be glad to trade Certified True copies with you but not hearing back from you concerns me as to possible alternate reason for contact if not for this document exchange.

I have an assignment by Patricia Arango (attny Watson office) signing as secretary for MERS, 2 months before being served LP....2 years after my lender filed bankruptcy (BNC Mortgage) in the sum of $1.00...ooops wrong my assignment was $10.00...what a gal...one big circle of fraud..sign the assignment as a secretary(not disclosing she is an attorney) then have it mailed back to her office...she also deals with title...how convenient...one stop shopping...all for $10.00..sounds like conflict of interest doesn't it!!!!!!!
