Is your fradulent signatory here?

I found this document a while back and thought it might be of some use to those of you that are trying to prove signatures on fraudulent documents are indeed fraud. In my case, the Assignment of Mortgage (fraudulent, of course) was signed by Bethany Hood as VP of MERS. She is identified on page 20 of this document as a "Mail Supervisor". There are many names and law firms mentioned here, as well as some interesting information.

I do want to point out that I believe the name of this company has changed, but is still called something like FIS solutions, or something like that. However, their business model has not changed.

A few examples of the "summary judgment evidence" proffered by foreclosing entities (mortgage servicers under the stealth guise of the owner of the note & mortgage).

If I filed one of these, I would be hauled off to jail and prosecuted for committing a felony crime!

Yes FIS is apart of the assignments I just seen in the pictures of employees Liquenda Allotey(vp of mers) and Brandon Kiel ( witness 1)

FIS was a division of Fidelity National Information Services. They have/had offices in Florida (Jax I believe) and Mendota Heights Minnesota. Within the past year they have undergone a corporate shift, and a name change. This was mentioned in a decision by Judge Diane Weiss Sigmund in 2009. The name they are now operating under is Lender Processing Services (LPS).

For a time many fabricated assignments were eminating from the MN office. That seems to have stopped. It appears that a new player is now fabricating documents. Docx of Alphareta Georgia. A google search will turn up a link for Docx. Clicking on such will take you directly to the LPS website.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

I have the same situation. I found not only that FIS pamphlet you mention, but I did enough research on Bethany Hood to show many different titles [Default Services Jr Officer; Attorney-in-Fact for Wachovia Mortgage by National Fidelity Foreclosure Solutions (think this is FIS??); MERS as Nominee for New Century Mortgage Corp; Attorney-in-Fact as Assistant VP for Deutsche Bank or Saxton (hard to honestly tell); MERS VP; Attorney-in-Fact for Saxton Mortgage Bank of NY; MERS Certifying Officer Listing; HSBC as Attorney-in-Fact; Assistant Secretary of Deutsche Bank by American Home Mortgage Financing Corp; Bank of NY Assistant VP; Household Finance Corp by Attorney-in-Fact; Power of Attorney for HSBC] she has used since 2006 in many states, CA, FL, IL, MA, MS, NY, OH, TX Check out a lawsuit just filed Miami Federal Courts, US Dist Court - Southern District of Florida, # 10-CV-80259-Zloch-Rosenbaum as that is a Class Action Lawsuit filed on behalf of primarily Pro Se (no attorney) litigants for falsified assignment of mortgages. I just found this out today and contacted the attorney filing this case, and have requested to join the lawsuit.

I have an Assignment of Mortgage with Bethany Hood - AVP signature dated 10/08/08. The assignment occured after the Lis Pendis.

So, was there discovery on who Bethany Hood actually worked for?

She works for LPS. See my timeline that I posted here on FH about year ago and some of the 'jobs' and locations I had for her. Also see I recently obtained a true signature for her, as she was a MN notary, her license expired in early 2011.

Here are several -- If you look on my blog, you will find a Bethany Hood timeline I created, and I have a copy of every filing on that list except a couple from OH where I had to contact OH to get the actual documents - so I used as much info as I could
