I am a new memberTo the group. At one time I had a million $500,000 worth of property. However it came about, through financial reversals of various types I wound up unable to pay the mortgages and consequently was being sued right and left for foreclosure and default. Before all was lost and all rights were lost to do anything about it, I began to learn by trial and error how to oppose the bank on points of fact regarding the bank loan and the loan documents they really have no valid defense for.
But we have finally come to realize the Court systems we are being sued in don't care anything about justice but are under the power and control of the banking industry and further are probably not de jure constitutional common law courts of states of the republic directly created through the sovereign electors on the land, on that state of the republic where parties have unalienable rights, but rather are likely administratively, statutorily or corporately created entities of admiralty maritime that ultimately do not have jurisdiction over sovereign born citizens domiciled on the land or to execute laws of that jurisdiction. welcome you will learn alot here. we have learned that the banks did not originate these loans because of the no skin in the game mentality underwriting standards we once thought were in place for both the and our protection went un supervised by any entity, therefore the mortgage broker/faux-originators falsefied focuments to get people approved. including increasing monthly salaries, statin rental income on homes people have not rented yet, falsifying w2 forms, threatening appraisers of no work if they do not appraise a property at or above sale price, no income verification which was our safe guard for a bank not scamming us. so application to closing was takin aonly baout 4 weeks. everyone who once bought a home in the 90's thought wow how quick the computer age made closing. back in the 90's they actuallu did the verification of employment and w 2 forms. so now they doctored all these documents and approved folks for homes we all never can afford they are trying to illegally foreclose on all of us. so now we have fabricated documents for foreclosure. we have fake assignments or actually do not have any, forged notes, forges deed of trusts. we can not get to get anyone to see the pain we are all going through. so welcome and home we can help you. my adice is to look over your mortgage documents look for discrepencies and start an appeal. they can not get away with what they have done. remember the bp oil spill in the gulf? causign a halt on florida west cost tourism well if oyu were an an employee of a business that did not claim bp funds as an individual you can not claim although you lost income indirecly by decreased amount of work. some of us nurses working in a hospital in the effected areas are facing foreclosure fo rthat reason and unable to get meaningful modification from wells fargo or chase.

I would definitely get someone to determine whether the bank has a right to your house and payment. I got a free mortgage audit from www.inspectoraudit.com These guys are awesome! I have not found anyone that will get this information for FREE to you, it helped me stop a foreclosure a few days before the sale. I am not usually a person to recommend someone, but I think in this case these people helped me and may help someone else who is in trouble when the bank is trying to steal their house. They will give you a FREE AUDIT!!!
When I got my mortgage audit back, I was STUNNED to find out that my Note had been sold into some kind of investment pool, and the bank did not have the right to continue to collect on me, much less foreclose on me. From what I understand that selling the notes into these pools is very complicated and I don't really understand it completely, except that the Note is no longer a Note, the bank cant claim it anymore as a Note, and the bank has already been paid for your mortage!. They try and steal your house after they have been paid for it!! I was upset when the bank started the foreclosure on me, now I am really upset for a different reason, because they are committing fraud on me.
MY FORECLOSURE HAS BEEN STOPPED DEAD IN ITS TRACKS!! The bank was committing fraud on me and trying to take my house and they cant now, I have a lawyer that is using the the audit I got from inspectoraudit.com and he is turning the tables on the bank. I love it and I feel so empowered now! Being on the offensive is much better than being on the defensive. Good Luck with everything
