Hi

Go to the Secretary of State web site for the state the notaries are in a look there name see if they were certified notaries if not file a complaint everything you need to know is on the web site

thanks for your reply cupcakes. do you mean there should be a search option where I can put in the notaries names and find detail information on the SOS website? If I do find the notaries how do i determine if they were certified notaries?? Thanks again
Yes you can search or call your looking to see if they actually had a license and a bond

Send me a friend request, and then send me a copy of the Florida Notarized Documents, I will let you know everything I see in it. If I find violations, then it is imperative you file complaints with the Governor's Office. I can give you a format as I have filed over 30 complaints with the Governor's office so far.

You can send me copies of the other states documents, but honestly, I am not as strong for other states, but I might see something that catches my eye anyway.

one thing i discovered on my own with a notary here in AZ, the escrow closing charged a fee of 185.00 for the notary service... in AZ this would be not legal fees, so i have filed a complaint with the secretary of states office, in AZ the fee should have only been about 7 dollars max, this was a chase home finance, and Virtual escrow company re-fi from 2006... hope this helped
