Fraudulent Note Endorsements

Anyone having issues with note endorsements? For example, blank endorsements with stamped signatures located on the back of the note (when there is plenty of room on the Note under the signatures). Anyone seeing the name of Steve Nagy as V.P. Records Management for New Century Mortgage Corporation, on any documents (especially endorsing Notes)

Hi I live in Florida .. The foreclosing Bankster alleged original note was indorsed by 2 Vice Presidents .
" transferring ? " .... the note from the originator lender to the foreclosing Bankster's ...Corp.

......one indorsement was a stamp ..no dates on neither of the indorsements ...both Corporations , and VP. were defunct ...out of business .

Rueben Meador and Judy Faber were both VP's.
I checked the Fl.State Dept Corporate Dept. and found the 2 Corp. annual returns .
Each return from both Corp.'s had a list Officers , and Directors. Each Corp. filed withdrawals , and became defunct .. I printed copies for my case ...

The State Corporation Officers list did not have a R. Meador , nor J. Faber ...... Both appear to be Robo Signers .Robo Stamper's ...

Conclusion : This alleged note is a forgery , which is a violation of Fl.Statutes ..on Fraudulant Practices ...
Good luck ...question the indorsements ....they're very likely forgeries ....

Hey... on this forum, and I must be reading too much lol is an afadavit(sp?) from John O'Brien registry of deeds, our hero in MA, and info regarding this guy, and yes he is known robo signer on here. The article on here was posted by Abby. If you can't find it on here, google it, and look through a few pages of google results for this guy, and you will find what you need!!

I just googled it myself, and it's there!!

Go get 'em!!
