Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

Does anyone know if the lender's employee who prepared the deed and signed it...if that signature is not really the employee's, would that be sufficient to sue for quiet title?

First, what would make you beleive the signature was forged or fake ?

Do you have another signature to compare it to or our you just maybe guessing its forged or fake because of everything thats going on.... with that find another document to compare it to as Spanky suggested.

Go to whatsignature .com and start from there...then check county clerks websites for a comparison, then remember unless you are a handwriting expert, you will need one to confirm its forged or fake... I to am not an attorney, only a advocate for the people by the people and the law, which hasn't changed in over 200 yrs.
