Foreclosure law firms are monitoring this website...I had a court hearing today in PBC and the mill's lawyer had a copy of their motion that i posted here in his hand and was telling the judge that i posted private info on the internet. It was their motion and it is public info. I never posted any private info of course, and the judge did not buy it.

They have been monitoring this site and all the other sites for a very long time. Everyone needs to be extremely careful regarding the info they post and/or exchange. You are correct that pleadings are considered public documents, however, the banks utilize each and every underhanded trick in the book and then some. Their whole purpose since they have been exposed is to discredit you.

What happened in court? What did the judge say/do?

Guess the attorney needs to go back to school to learn what public information includes. I wonder why the Foreclosure Law Firms have to monitor this website? Wait, because they are learning???

Notice though all the monitoring doesn't prevent them from providing evidence they know to be false. Nor does it make anyone do their job...The judges and attorneys are in on the theft...Their worse than Jesse James good thing they don't use guns to foreclose we'd all be dead already...

If people push to hard the majority of foreclosure defense attorneys show their "True Colors". Show that their totally biased and corrupt like most trustees and judges are corrupt. The gov has been protecting the likes of Shapiro for a long time now...

I'm attaching one page of a settlement agreement between Chase and NKT...The company I lost my job over a few years ago...Because Nars lied about having the right to sell mortgage notes for Chase. Then come to find out the Board of Directors for Nars is Kreisman & Shapiro..Then well we know the rest how much fraud they've been nailed with!
