I have recently been informed that they are under investigation for producing audits with fraudulent notary seals on the affidavits. Apparently I was also stung by this. However, I am still in my home, although my sale date was last year.

It is important that you tell you which one and where i can get this information. I lost 2 properties, retired Navy homeless living with relatives. Attorney I hired while in foreclosure status did nothing to the case. So, now I am on my own trying to do a pro se litigant.

hello, how can I prove tha they are fraudclosure? did you know they merged with Atlantic Law Group on 7/15/2009?
I hired a attorney June, 2009 for my Virginia property. Unfortunately, former attorney did absolutely nothing to the case. D & G was appointed subtrustee by MERS. They took my home while I was paying my former attorney. I filed a complaint at D.C. bar association, he has 20 complaints. He is disbarred as of Nov 2011. I have no money and no home lost it all. I cannot find a competent lawyer that will take this case on contingency. Their is a significant amount of damages pain and suffering.
what does the assignments say that was filed on you mine says for example bear stearns asset backed securities inc asset backed certificates series 2003-2... i need a name and if wells fargo is the document custodian or custodian of the trust I maybe can find the loan with in the trust , but first you must give me a name and find the prospectus

if so... the assignment as you can see on my post about it..has the same name of the loan originator[strawman ] so is not helping in nothing since is a fake investor as i read in other posts
closing was in july 2005 so it's hard to find because i read in livinglies there is a time frame of 3 months to insert this to the pools or something like that so, could be any of that 3 months
yes that reply was for you , don't pay any attention to what is said on living lies there is not stupid time frame my "alledged loan" wasn't put into the securities till 2002 i bought my home in 01 you are getting confused once it has been packaged the seller has 90 days to complete any documentation , assignments ,transfer the notes to the trust etc. did not see your assignments , on the heading of the complaint or lis pendens it should tell you who they represent
oh and while your talking with me , speak up in the room others there will help, randye is always the interrigator of the bunch, some people are so afraid the banks are watching and listening don't want to give them a heads up , I don't think a bank is really watching us chat, but if they are so be it .
