There are a lot of activists around the world that keeps on fighting against foreclosure. I don't oppose your desire but I think foreclosure will keep on hitting the country as long as there's recession.

i write all government entities.  i now have marco rubios orlando manager on my wells fargo case.  he is the florida senator from miami.  the thing that i do not understand.  to buy these homes most of us to get conventional mortgages (non-subprime)  had to have A-1 credit.  because of lowering lending standards the economy has suffered along with us.  most of us have lost jobs, cant pay credit cards, cant sell our houses .  most of us own  not just our present homes but other homes and in the past when we had a job loss we were able to "sell"  to save our homestead.  most of us have NEVER missed a mortgage payment.

having been told by my "pretender " lender not  to pay my mortgage to apply for a hamp mod has been the biggest scam going.  please if this has happened to you.  please  understand i can am not a lawyer and can give out legal advice,  but i beleive by law (thats funny)  we are not in default  ,  we were told not to pay.  it is considered promissory estopel.  there is lawsuit  in CA  for the same.  we need to combine our energies and get this info to as many people and government agencies as possible.  the more we show them we know  the more they will have to defend.  please keep up the work.  keep on writing .we will win this,  one house at a time.

I have tried to get a rseponce from Senator Rubio's office about why the banks are willing to foreclose and sell (example $195k appraised value) for an amount less then the appraised value but are unwilling to reduce principle to $210K.  This on a Fannie Mae note (taxpayer owned now).  How does this make sence.

Personally, I don't feel that the government is doing something to stop foreclosure. That is why homeowners are very frustrated while facing this kind of problem.

Everyone needs to find out if the Bank really owns your Note, Like I did:

I would definitely get someone to determine whether the bank has a right to your house and payment. I got a free mortgage audit from www.inspectoraudit.com These guys are awesome! I have not found anyone that will get this information for FREE to you, it helped me stop a foreclosure a few days before the sale. I am not usually a person to recommend someone, but I think in this case these people helped me and may help someone else who is in trouble when the bank is trying to steal their house. They will give you a FREE AUDIT!!!

When I got my mortgage audit back, I was STUNNED to find out that my Note had been sold into some kind of investment pool, and the bank did not have the right to continue to collect on me, much less foreclose on me. From what I understand that selling the notes into these pools is very complicated and I don't really understand it completely, except that the Note is no longer a Note, the bank cant claim it anymore as a Note, and  the bank has already been paid for your mortage!. They try and steal your house after they have been paid for it!! I was upset when the bank started the foreclosure on me, now I am really upset for a different reason, because they are committing fraud on me.

MY FORECLOSURE HAS BEEN STOPPED DEAD IN ITS TRACKS!! The bank was committing fraud on me and trying to take my house and they cant now, I have a lawyer that is using the the audit I got from inspectoraudit.com and he is turning the tables on the bank. I love it and I feel so empowered now! Being on the offensive is much better than being on the defensive. Good Luck with everything
