FLorida Courts Requiring Judge Authorization to Schedule Hearing

If this is true it is a serious violation of due process of pro se litigants. I am hearing from some that in Hillsborough county when you call to schedule a hearing they tell you that you need the senior judge authorization. Due process is a constitutional right. You don't need a judge permission to defend yourself. Let's try a cloud sourcing... this is the number: (813) 272-5121.
Please check for yourself. Call and ask what is the procedure to schedule a hearing when you are pro se. You will also notice that it is difficult to talk to a live person.

It is true. I did not know about this page on the WWW. I called because I want a hearing date. I was told because I was Pro Se and not a lawyer I could not have one. I had to mail a request to the Presiding Senior Judge and he would read my motion and decide if I could have a court date. So, I have crafted a letter to be taken down Monday and file it on the 5th floor like a regular motion. Hillsborough County Judges hate Pro Se defendants and treat them really bad. Try to present a defense against the MERS false assignments and affidavits and you will meet an angry Judge. They do not want to rule against any of the MERS fraud. It is like they have been programed behind the scenes not to oppose the MERS fraud. In Tampa, Florida if you are Pro Se you are damned in the Court room. There is no justice unless you buy it or pay for it. Even then, the Judges are allowing all these fradulent assignments and affidavits. God help us all in Hillsborough County, Florida. I for one am not voting for any encumbant Judge. No not one!
Reports are flooding in from all across Florida telling us that this is not an unusual occurrence.

Palm Beach County allows for full, unrestricted court access for attending hearings. BUT defense has great difficulties setting hearings. There are many obstacles to this with the clear, underlying message, "Banks get to set the agenda and run the show. Now, you! You with your meritless delay tactics sit down and shut up and wait for the Plaintiff to notify you (or not) of the next hearing they'd like me to consider." In fact, the Palm Beach County, FL court hired a CA company to set up and run a separate docketing system where Plaintiffs can log in and reserve 15-30 min blocks of time to cram with 20 summary judgments at a pop. That's why they are running 400 per morning and 400 per afternoon.

Please, if you are in Florida, call your circuit court and ask for the foreclosure judge's judicial assistant. Explain that you'll be by sometime to observe in foreclosure court. Please report back your results. If you are able to attend, please post your impressions of your experience. We have the ear of some foundations who help preserve constitutional rights in the face of violations.

The more of us who insist upon our constitutional rights, the harder it is to be dismissive of our demands. Let's make our founding fathers proud of the country they worked so hard to set off on the right and just footing!
Hillsborough/13th Judicial Circuit uses JAWS, The Judicial Automated Workflow System, to set court hearings, but its use is restricted to attorneys. Pro se litigants are not allowed to register for or use JAWS. This puts the pro se litigant at a big disadvantage.

JAWS is the primary interface between the court, the people and organizations that have business before it. To access JAWS, you may go to the Court’s website at www.fljud13.org and click the link for JAWS or you may type in http://jaws.fljud13.org. From there you can find the JAWS 12 page user manual. But pro se litigants are not allowed to register for or use JAWS.

Currently I am a pro se plaintiff in a contract case that is in its 5th year. My web site is www.YouSue.org In my view there is no justice for pro se and the court hates pro se litigants. In my opinion case management is very important, and all pro se litigants should be familiar with the following case management rules and tools:
Fla.R.Jud.Admin., Rule 2.545, Case Management (all cases)
Fla.R.Civ.P, Rule 1.200, Pretrial Procedure, (a) Case Management Conference (all cases)
Fla.R.Civ.P, Rule 1.201, Complex Litigation (complex cases)

Professionalism and Litigation Ethics, 28 STETSON L. REV. 323, (1998) by the Honorable Claudia Rickert Isom. The law review shows how Judge Isom provided intensive case management to attorney "Harvey M" rather than sanction him for discovery problems. This short law review is a "must read" for every pro se, just Google the title to find it.

Good luck, but you will probably loose in Hillsborough as a pro se, it is a rigged game
I am convinced in Hillsborough County the judges have private jam sessions to share how they litigant the defendants by beating them as the word describes. It is also apparent in foreclosure cases the judges have a hidden agenda that they must stimulate the economy by getting these foreclosures out on the auction block as quickly as possible. This returns homes to the inventory and excites investors and in turn spikes the local economy. In addition, by rushing these foreclosures to summary judgment and sale, taxes on these properties can once again be collected. This increases the revenue stream. Judges seem to be used as pilots of the economy airplane, and they will not rule against the fraud in these assignments and affidavits because this would delay properties being put back into the inventory. Judges are doing everything they can to help the plaintiffs while purposely offending pro-se defendants and lawyers for defendants. Many defendants need to keep pressing for production of the note. Many of the endorsments are not valid because they are copied on the back in a copy machine and are not original with original signatures in real ink. They are using color copiers of images stored in the computer files of MERS. Hillsborough County Court House justice is a joke. Check this out: http://pro-se-litigate.blogspot.com/
