Finally received copy of note from BofA-"Without Recourse"

After 2 years of getting copies of the note exactly as it was when signed, BofA finally sent me something worth while. Now with all of the research I've been doing I don't know how much this changes things , so humor me. The note is stamped PAY TO THE ORDER OF "IN BLANK" Without Recourse Bank of America, N.A. by Christina M Schmitt(signature is part of stamp) Christina M. Schmitt Assistant Vice President.

Martin , I posted that article earlier during this past week in the blog section.

I actually sent in the contact form for that suit and received a very generic 3 page letter back from them, except, it's not on any law firm letter head and smells to me like a giant scam....

they want any where from 5k to 7500k to have them fight for you and then they will take addition monies from you if they win the case for you... just saying but smells like a rat scam and this is not my first rodeo....

I also found assignment my Mers to CW, BAC, BoA, signed in 2011 By robo signer Christine Daymunde. They have now hired new debt collectors and assigned themselves as the "Creditor" after admitting they are the "debt collectors." I haven't talked with you in quite a while and would love to catch up and compare notes, I hope you remember me, if i recall correctly we had much incommon with our cases and would love to refresh my memory.
