That is typical operations of lender prepping loan for sale to securitizer, like FNMA or Freddie Mac.

Just google the name and you will get plenty of info on her and where she is coming from....aka ROBO signer for BOA....only my opinion ....just saying.....

I've also got a Christina M Schmitt Note, is she a robo signer for real? I looked on Find The Fraud.com but didn't see here name there?  Anyone have any evidence of this?  Thanks! Tyzão

join the club  mine is from wells fargo  rubber stamp joan m mills.  not sure whatthese people are trying to acomplish here but they are not getting these homes

Seriously!!  I just got a copy of the certified copy with no endorsements on it at all....  but you should see the stuff Harmon Law made up and submitted to BK Judge etc.... 

My point?  They are just making this crap up..... just keep fighting!!!

i can relate.  in my foreclosure complaint  wells fargo submits a note with a rubber stamp endorsement of joan m mills.  come on realy?? and to top it off the signature i signed my mortgage with and the signature on my note do not match.  what may save me....the title company typed in what i my name with my middle initial on mortgage and note.  my signature on my mortgage includes my middle initial and a darker pen,  the note is a much larger signature , different pen, no middle initial, and if you look very close at the signature you can actually see the gyrations from a robo sign pen.
