Did BankUnited predatory foreclosure tactics

Anyone out there that has or is having problems with the "new"
BankUnited, especially about loan modifications. We were given a loan
mod in April of 2009 just before the predecessor bank (BankUnited FSB)
was taken over by the FDIC and sold (and renamed! BankUnited). In the
process, the new bank decided, without cause, to terminate the loan mod,
without due notice, and continued to charge us the higher inte4rest.
We've been fighting them for 14 months and keeping them at bay even
though they have tried to foreclose. Have you had any similar experience
