I have learned that the papers, were altered after the closing, 1) I never signed anything at closing and papers show I signed, and were noterized that someone witnessed my signing them. I have aso learned that 2 months later when my husband "quit-claimed" the property from just his name to his and my name it created a so called missing deed. So the property is officially ours, according to the County Recorders office. So by "Quit Claiming" it to us my husband inadvertantly created a deed. So that is what I advised my sister to do, quit claim property to her and her daughter would be creating so called missing deed of trust! Seems that this action has thrown a wrench in the works but has not stopped BOA from claiming property through countrywide, an assighnment by MERS of course.
