Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

Re: FL Rules Civil Procedure 1.110(b) &
Unverified Foreclosure Complaints

Dear Chief Judge,

In exploring foreclosure complaints filed in this circuit for the month of July I came across something interesting that I wanted to share with you. Eight of the first ten complaints that I reviewed were not verified.

I know the courts are clogged and budgets are tight, but I had an idea for a solution that would address both of these issues and wanted to know your thoughts on the matter. With filing fees at just over $900 ($1,900 for higher property values), these eight complaints would generate a minimum of $7,200 in additional revenue if the cases were dismissed and Plaintiff re-filed. If the complaints were not re-filed then the strain on the court would be relieved by that many cases.

It took approximately 20 minutes to review the 10 files, which equates to $360 per minute earned in favor of the county.

I would gladly assist the court in reviewing files to determine compliance with the Supreme Court’s dictates on verification. Please be so kind as to advise me if I may be of service.

Thank you for your time and attention and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

SGW

The only plausible reason for "We The People" spending more than $10 trillion dollars to fix a $1 trillion dollar problem is that mortgage notes were copied/counterfeited/cloned and sold into multiple investment pools and insured with multiple sets of credit default swaps. This is why all of the "fake" papers are being filed in the clerk of courts and in dockets all around the country. But if a kid goes in to 7-11 and takes $50 the police come!

Why he has not responded is a mystery...Either a coward or a complicit accomplice IMHO
Don't you think making $360 per minute would be a favorable idea? What does YOUR chief judge think? Please let me know!
YOUR HONOR... THIS IS BANANAS!
