David J Stern and Albertelli Law

My foreclosure was dismissed last June for LOP. The original Lis Pendens was filed by the law office of David J Sterns office in April, two months before my dismissal Albertelli Law entered their appearance as co-counsel.  After research I recently filed a Motion to Dismiss, Discharge of Lis Pendens and certificate of title to Defendantt on the basis of  MERS assigning my mortgage to the plaintiff Aurora Loan servicing, LLC who is merely a servicing company.  I am seeking an attorney in the Seminole county area to file a lawsuit against David J Stern, aurora and fannie Mae.  This whole situation has ruined my life, separated me from my children and grandchildren.  During the foreclosure process David I sterns office came to my house and put a lock box on my door and told me and my children they were now in possession of my home.  To make a long story short I am back in my home and I am seeking damages.  Theodore Schultz signed the assignment, Cassandra Riguad was the attorney of record now Albertelli Law has entered their appearance but has not filed anything since the dismissal.  Any information about Albertelli Law and if anyone could refer me to an attorney please respond I need to take action immediately.

You need to look up albertelli law online they are currently being investigated by the state attorney general pam bondi alnd call her office or file a complaint with them online and enter ur grievance cause the investigation is ongoing my case was finally dismissed by judge webster cause of no action by them.

david sterns office has been closed and he is under investigation for fraud ongoing right now with the attorney general pam bondi

mers is just a holding company they cant assign loans to no one they are not an actual corporation or entity but a holding company formed by banks to hold their loans in storage to such time they need them or to bundle together to sell as securities they dont assign or sell anything.
