Didn't get required signatures in time.

Really bad law anyway. It presumes loan modification is only solution. Most loan mods last less than 2 years before another default occurs.

Much better to have required certified copy of original promissory note with affidavit of beneficiary interest received by Trustee before notice of default could be issued.
