An assignment filed in NY in June 2012 Gerhard Heckermann signed as “Assistant Secretary” of a Sand Canyon Corp. f/n/a Option One Mortgage Corp to Wells Fargo Bank NA, as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan trust 2005-1, Asset backed Certificates, series 2005-1.

Option One hasn’t held any mortgages since January 2008, Heckermann is From Duval county in Jacksonville FL,
As best I can research he is self employed as a notary himself. The notary used was Linda G. Bayless.

Does anyone have match ups for Gernard Heckermann and Linda G. Bayless?

I also have a number of Michelle Sjolander and Laurie Meder purported to be Countrywide signers on a newly manufactured Allonge, if anyone needs. I brought eight of those to a former FBI handwriting expert, along with mine and he found four IDENTICAL matches..... meaning it was a cut and paste job. Just like a signature, a rubber stamp placed by a human hand, will never be identical.
