I received a fax yesterday from the notary which said she did not have any journal entries from that date, I will post the letter later. It is on GMAC letterhead.

ALLONGE: I have an allonge that appeared late in my F/C proceeding by NW Trustees. I know it's bogus, but would like to have some good proof to make things easier. Allonge was added AFTER I received verification of debt info from Routh Crabtree Olsen, and appeared when my attorney went in to their office to view the material docs. THEN The allonge appeared. (I also have a QWR response from servicer a from a few months ago in which it wasn't there either). Clearly fake.

It's not dated. It's from Morequity (Which is now dissolved and was at the time this allonge appeared)

Endorsed in blank by Morequity and signed by Danny W. Gardner Vice President (doesn't say of "what")

Can't find him mentioned anywhere except corporatewiki, and it appears that he fell off the radar in about 2007.

Anyone??

Wendy Randall is on my NOD. Wells Fargo is foreclosing on us, we have an attorney. Do you know of any proof that she is a robo signer? We are very close to loosing and am desperate.

I know you posted this a long time ago, but are you still around?

I have the same document with the same "people" and I have been digging into this matter as much as I can. I have a copy of the notary's application from Texas, and the signatures don't match AT ALL. Texas Sec. of State doesn't seem to care whe I tried to discuss possible notary fraud with them. They don't even authenticate their notaries signatures. Only whether or not they were in good notary standing.

Any way, long story short, I am hoping you are still around and we can possibly exchange information on this issue and see if your "Mark James Codina" signature looks like mine. I will also send you his Texas Notary application I got from the Sec. of State and you can compare that too. Hope to hear from you!

never mind. I just found the documents pages on this website and the signature for Mark looks the same as mine. That doesn't change the fact that the signature on his notary application is still WAY different.

I will submit the docs I have to the website as soon as I can get them together and scanned and converted and.......lol.

Does anyone have any examples of the signatures of Tiaquanda Turner, or any information that she was working in New Mexico for BAC in April 2010? She's not on any of the signature pages I've checked, except for the Mass. Land records, where she appears quite a lot. Thanks!
