Here are just a very few examples of the fraudulent mortgage assignments and affidavits submitted as "summary judgment evidence" proffered by foreclosing entities (mortgage servicers under the stealth guise of the owner of the note & mortgage).

If I filed one of these, I would be hauled off to jail and prosecuted for committing a felony crime!

Chase Home Finance (Servicer) Employees
Christina Trowbridge
Whitney K. Cook
Beth Cottrell
I am looking at one of these documents in my hand rite now
Have you seen any assignments signed by STACY SPOHN as Vice President of JP Morgan Chase Bank bearing witness signatures of BRIANNE HINTON and VLADIMIR BARSUKOV ? And Having the notary signature of LATRISSA D. PAYNE?

I am very interested in these people. To me how can they file a notice to foreclose on Febuary 28th of this year when the notary didn't affix her seal until March 16, 2010. The document wasn't filed until April 7, 2010 this year
Hi Ed, Here is one of the hastily notarized T Payne variations and I also send a copy of her real signature that I personally purchased from the Franklin County Clerk.  Enjoy.  Also, any information you have on Treva Moreland will be greatly appreciated!

Need to add the name "Kari Marx"--he/she signed the "re-appointment of trustee" form as well as Jill Arnold.
This is a great idea--all the Living Lies peeps need to come over here and fill this out. L, maybe you could post something about this on Living Lies and have them email you this info if for some reason they don't want to sign up for the Hamlet...
King, great idea but if I got all those emails I think I'd keel over!

How 'bout you set up a KingCrimson email on some free email service and get the word out and go for it! Post on every foreclosure site you can think of.

See, here's a dream of mine. Build this big ole' database that shows up with Google searches. What a surprise treasure trove for the researcher!

IN FACT, what I really wanted to do is set up an Excel or Access data base that is searchable every way possible.

For now, this will have to do.
