Permalink Reply by L on January 22, 2010 at 11:12am: Here are just a very few examples of the fraudulent mortgage assignments and affidavits submitted as "summary judgment evidence" proffered by foreclosing entities (mortgage servicers under the stealth guise of the owner of the note & mortgage).

If I filed one of these, I would be hauled off to jail and prosecuted for committing a felony crime!

How 'bout you set up a KingCrimson email on some free email service and get the word out and go for it! Post on every foreclosure site you can think of.

See, here's a dream of mine. Build this big ole' database that shows up with Google searches. What a surprise treasure trove for the researcher!

IN FACT, what I really wanted to do is set up an Excel or Access data base that is searchable every way possible.
