"Folks:

I urge those who can to show up early for the below hearing in Tampa regarding foreclosure of J. Bruce Thornberry’s real estate.

Bruce won a dismissal with prejudice from a Florida 13th circuit judge who retired immediately thereafter. The plaintiff had failed to follow the law when complaining to foreclose a year or so ago. The court has allowed the plaintiff to refile the complaint. This time the plaintiff claims to possess the previously lost/destroyed note.

Boy, Bob...I sure wish I could be there to attend that hearing as a witness! But...I am out here in CA fighting my own appeal after I lost in the foreclosure/Unlawful Detainer case. Good for you that you are looking for witnesses! That is such a good idea, since sometimes transcripts are "improperly transcribed" (aka altered), thus making it difficult to appeal should in be necessary. Good luck!
