CHASE and NDEX WEST LLC

Receive NOTICE of DEFAULT 6/30/10...sign by MENGHONG BUT a LSI TITLE COMPANY..the notice was sent from NDEX WEST LLC...from TX..on 12/10/11 I received a SUBSTITUTION of TRUSTEE..was sign by LISA K WHEELER of Ohio..a JPMorgan Chase Vice President on 11/9/2011..it was recorded in the county where my house is at after i got it..recorded on 12/13/11..I got the NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE 12/21/11........Im new to all this im still trying to understand all of it...I just think that the Substitution of trustee should of been sent to me before NOTICE of DEFAULT....I am very confuse try calling NDEX to ask they hung up on me twice....called CHASE and no one seems to know anything...Can someone tell if this sounds right or if its wrong..

The substitution of trustee can be executed after the notice of default, as long as the substitution is executed and recorded prior to the notice of trustee's sale.
There are many other issues that need to be examined though. Who is the party signing or if the signatures are forgeries.
You need a review from an expert foreclosure investigator and if forgery is found then you need a document examiner who is also a handwriting expert. If you want more information you can send me an email to stoplendersfraud at gmail dot com.

whatever you do makee sure you dispute the amount of the debt in writing and mail it certified returned reciept to NDeX West before the 30 days is up they MUST cease collecting the debt until they verfity it
