Hi,

Thanks for the responses. I have put all my discovery and motions on scribe. I have sets of admissions, interrogatories, and production of documents. All for those who are in need.

If someone is serious to learn and do it on your own there is Jurisdictionary a website that for $264.00 you get CD's and videos that take you through the legal process. I have no relationship, but found it to take the fear away.

Also fast case lets you look up cases on codes or laws.
Smart rules tell you how to file.
I have filed every thing from home electronically.

I hope my work is enough to help one person and I ask nothing for it in return.
We give and we get in return. That is what these banks and servicers have forgotten.
We fight this together and hopefully we may help anyone in need.

I too am currently in the middle of a suit against Ocwen Loan Servicing, JP Chase, MERS, Fidelity, and a few others who have become involved in this lucrative scheme of fraudulent foreclosures. If there is anything I can do to help anyone else in this mess I am happy to help. I have devoted most of my waking day and nights to educating myself on the hell I am living.

Im fighting Ocwen and could use any help I can get!

My mortgage payment last month went from $3100. to $5850. I can't afford it. My fear is their going to start a Foreclosure procedure against me.

 

Any advice would be welcome..
