BAP Appeal re; Abandonment of property 11 U.S.C. 544-- Davies v. Trustee Zimmerman
Here is an appeal just filed in the Ninth Circuit.
One must get formal order for abandonment to proceed in Chapter 7, so that the trustee looses jurisdiction and that the homeowner has the property revert back to himself to pursue the adversary Claims.
