TY for update here we still have the firm out of CT that handles majority of Foreclosures for that state and others in this area

Does anybody know why BankUnited is not registered with the State of Florida Division of Corporations?

Arpad, i beleive you will find that they are a delaware corporation.  regards david

Hmmm..in that case they need to post a cost bond if they file any law suit in Florida.
