this i beleive.  alot of us a regular people with jobs not lawyers.  this was not suppose to happen we werent suppose to ask fo rhelp. for modifications.  when we realize that we could not pa our mortgage we were suppose to just pack up and move out.  the foreclsoure suit is placed in the paper.  court date comes and goes.  judge gives the house back to the bank end of story.  now its a whole new set of rule.  now we have t olearn law.  alot of the law were design for conumer protection but if we do not know commoin law becuase we are nurses,  consruction workers,  phsical therapists ect  they can get awa with anthing the want until  we stop it.  i just learned something intresting to .  wells fargo modified me 1/2010  i did npt anthing 3 day propr  according to TILA a new truth in lending was suppose to be give  with a recind date option  since this is uppose to be a new loan.  well obviousl it is a bogus loan because none of this occured.  we the american peole need help before we lose our house  but one problem i do not know where to get the help from.  i do not think it is fair that it is each man fro themelves in this mess.
