Supporting, Informing & Connecting People in Foreclosure

America Your Attorney Generals Need Your Help In Prosecuting the Treasonous Predators

FILE REPORTS WITH YOUR AG!  THE ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD DEPENDS UPON YOUR ACTIONS.  Here's what the new AG in Ohio says,  “When I was out with regular people, shaking hands, very few people would talk specifically about the mortgage fraud issue.”  EDUCATE HIM!  And all the other 49 AGs!
______________

From Wikipedia: In law, treason
is the crime that covers some of the more serious acts of betrayal of
one's sovereign or nation.  Outside legal spheres, the word "traitor" may also be used to describe a person who betrays (or is accused of betraying) their own nation.

Thank you all.  We need to pull together quickly.  They are meeting this week.  This is within our control.  The push back is fierce.  Any sign of weak evidence will be an opportunity for the predators to lick their chops.

WE are entitled to participate in our government.  Are you up for the task of protecting your constitutional rights from the predators who tried to undermine the very fabric of America?

I'll do the first one!

This is why JP Morgan can not just "exit" the MERS system (announcement here).  The MERS system was designed to mask activity, to opacify the facts behind tens of millions of mortgage loans.  Congratulations pigs' asses!  You succeeded!  Even you predators have no clue what $#%^ happened in and to America!  Good luck with your balance sheets now, you treacherous leeches!

State: Florida
List of Fraudulent Document(s) that you will attach: Satisfaction of mortgage
County/state of Notarization:  Ouachita, LA
Brief Explanation of How they Are Fraudulent:  see below

Attached is a Florida recorded satisfaction of mortgage dated 01.08.2009 by MERS.

But here is what the flawed, inaccurate, derelict MERS system reflects.  An active loan?  ACTIVE?  But what about that satisfaction filed in January of 2009?  Who is claiming this loan value as an asset?  Who is showing this on their balance sheets?  Who got paid?  Who didn't?  Who owns this note?  Who approved the satisfaction?  Who knows this loan is satisfied?  Who assumes it isn't satisfied?  Didn't someone pay off this loan?  Was the wrong party unjustly enriched?  Will JP Morgan try to foreclose?  Will there be allegations that the homeowner is a "deadbeat" who isn't making payments?  We know that most judges will take JP Morgan at their word, right?

Last night I found in ALL IN ONE CASE....... trustee conflict of interest, notary fraud, break in chain of title and FORGERY thrown in for good measure.

Really, folks, these AGs need our help. It feels good to say, "I volunteer my time to help the investigations regarding foreclosure fraud with my state Attorney General." My wish is this Thanksgiving Day that all of you will be able to say those words next week.

We need to help them protect us. Start volunteering today.
I call that a veritable TRIFECTA OF FRAUD!

It's frightening to realize how these financial criminals have been REWARDED for defiling our entire nation's land/property recording databases, while they proclaim their own corrupt and incorrect MERS as icon of trustworthy ownership data.

Ummm you got it ALL wrong.  The institutions that have created HUGE INTENDED issues in the housing marketplace are the big banks.

Look in the titles....this is what this article is about.  The banks have corrupted the land records across this great land.  They did so and are being indemnified by the title companies.  It is the biggest piece of corruption that is being slammed down unintended new homeowners.  This land record corruption will be an intended issue for decades.

Please only post when you really have done your research.  Since you haven't yet gotten into the R.E. market, there are articles on this website that will help people like you who are unknowing and could actually become future victims.

At the risk of sounding rude to you and not stooping to your level of stupidity...

You should really spend this time researching what your putting out there,
this financial crisis/foreclosure crisis is no fault of what you call deadbeat homeowners. You should be thanking sites like this and also all the lawyers fighting the good fight to save the integrity of our public land records and keep shelter over the families that are being fraudulently thrown from their homes...
You want to talk about deadbeat homeowners, what would you say to the ones that were making their payments all along and are still facing losing their homes with no fault of their own, but to the irresponsible corrupt financial system we now have to deal with...
Count your Blessings that maybe you were spared of living the nightmare what we hard working "deadbeats" are now experiencing.
One day I would like to think that you will grow up or smarten' up which ever comes first, to the fraud all around us and join the fight to what obviously has you still with your head in the sand, and that we will have paved the way to exposing this fraud so the next generation can re-live the American Dream.
Further more, here at the Hamlet, we are use to people like you and for this, all I have to say is " If your not willing to stand and fight beside us then you need to go away"!!!
Best regards,
KT

I filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General regarding Bank of America illegal and fraudulent foreclosure and this was the response, not even signed:

Of course this is NC, home of BOA's headquarters; so didn't expect too much out of our elected officials.

BOA is a national bank, chartered by the OCC, a federal regulatory agency under the US Treasury Department. You must file your complaint directly with the OCC by calling 800-613-6743.

I live in Washington DC and I have already filed a complaint with OAG, SEC, HUD, and there are no cases or contacts in DC - we are a non judicial District and currently under a foreclosure freeze. Fenty passed a bill that is still being shuffled around but in order to foreclose in DC the REAL party will be required to come in to mediation and prove standing. Saxon Mortgage has foreclosed on DC residents in 2006-2008 and they were not even licensed until 4/22/2009.

I really hate to be A DEBBIE DOWNER, but I have sent this info to our California AG and the local DA not once but twice over the last year. The response each time was "We can't represent you in this civil matter, you need to hire an attorney". This was after fully explaining and providing multiple instances of fraud (THAT AINT CIVIL !)

S o if this is really happening in Cali I'd be very surprised
