St. Pete, FL: Happy Hour for Combatants of Illegal Foreclosures

This is our first set of Happy Hours on the west coast of Florida. Please pass this along to anyone who may benefit from attending.

America's land records are a garbage dump filled with trash! Robosigners, those who execute fraudulent court &/or land record documents solely for perpetrating wrongful foreclosures, were thrust into the limelight this month.

Who among us knew that the moratorium would begin with GMAC?

Then there's US Congressman Alan Grayson who asked the FL Supreme Court to order a statewide moratorium on foreclosures until the FL AG's office can put some of the perps in the pen.

Whew! A lot of goings on since we learned of Florida's Attorney General Economic Crimes Division's investigation into whether improper documentation may have been created and filed with Florida courts to speed up foreclosure processes, potentially without the knowledge or consent of the homeowners involved.

Come join us at either or both of the Happy Hours we have scheduled this week, informal gatherings where we can relax, socialize, enjoy stimulating conversation, and use our collective brain power to make a positive impact on the Foreclosure Crisis that is annihilating our communities.

Millions of Americans are being rendered homeless by a Wall Street gamble that left homeowners, tenants, municipalities, insurers, investors, and 401(k)/pension fund savers, and millions across the globe wiped out while Wall Street financiers continue to be heavily remunerated for their destructive rampage into mortgage backed securities. This must not continue.
